These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of PasteCart. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of License and Use of Service
Subject to these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use PasteCart on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use and only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
You may not copy, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from PasteCart, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
2. Accounts and User Responsibilities
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for the accuracy of information you provide, and for activity that occurs under your account.
You are also responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of content you submit through the app, including shopping lists, notes, or other user-generated information.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- Premium features may require an active subscription or other paid purchase.
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subject to the rules of the applicable app marketplace.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings.
- Pricing, billing period, and included features are displayed in-app and in the applicable store listing at the time of purchase.
- Refunds, billing disputes, and payment processing are handled by the applicable app marketplace and are subject to that marketplace's terms and policies.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operations, upload unlawful or harmful content, circumvent technical protections, or use PasteCart in a way that violates any law or the rights of others.
5. External Services and Third Parties
PasteCart may rely on or link to third-party services, including authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, analytics, app marketplaces, and support or communication tools. Those third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their independent practices.
6. Intellectual Property
PasteCart and related content, branding, software, design, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
7. Privacy and Data Use
Your use of PasteCart is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you understand that we may collect, use, and process information as described in that policy in order to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PasteCart is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenues, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, PasteCart.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated, if required for legal or security reasons, or if necessary to protect users, systems, or the integrity of the service. You may stop using the app at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of PasteCart after updated terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
Except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law, these terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
